Only a vaccum or central vac system, all other products, materials and equipment provided by us.

With most of our package services, windows are only cleaned from inside, if you need windows to be cleaned from the outside as well then you need to request this an additional service. 

How long will the cleaning take?

We determine the price based on the size of the property, including the number of bedrooms, living room, kitchen, appliances, carpets, and other areas and give a quote prior to the day of cleaning. On the day of the service, the price may change depending on the condition of the property and any other agreed upon additions.

Example: The average 2 bedroom home, including 2 bathrooms takes anywhere from 2-4 hours for the basic package.

Is there a cancellation fee?

If you cancel the booking giving us 24-hour notice, then there is no cancellation fee. However, if you cancel the job within 24 hours then there may be a small cancellation fee. (This fee is waved for 

Are you insured?

 Yes, we have business insurance and general liability insurance.

Should I be present while the cleaner is there?

There is no need to be present during the cleaning. If no keys or passcodes  are exchanged, or the doors can not be otherwise opened, just be there to let us in. We can also collect the keys elsewhere if you have already moved out  or someone else is in charge of the property.
